Ordained Ministers
Our well orchestrated wedding ceremonies and wedding vow renewals are performed by ordained church ministers. Our religious wedding services consists of traditional Christian vows. Our dedicated ministers are very caring and concerned that your wedding ceremony is very meaningful. It is their goal to make you feel welcome and relaxed in our little Gatlinburg Victorian Chapel.
Guest Information
If you desire an intimate, private ceremony for two, or smaller gathering up to 18 guests, our beautifully decorated Chapel is sure to please. The bride and groom are not part of the guest count. Bride's Maid, Groomsmen, etc. are part of the count.
Family and friends may participate in wedding: Keep in mind the Chapel is small but will accommodate up to three attendants on each side. You may have someone walk you down the isle, if you desire.
Dressing Rooms
Bride & Groom may dress at the Chapel, if you choose to do so. All others should arrive dressed. Bride and groom should plan to leave the Chapel in your wedding attire as well as wedding party and guests. Casual or Formal, it's your choice.
Appointments
Our weddings are performed by appointments only and are based on an hour or less. Please inform guests, if applicable, of our location, as our schedule in most cases does not permit us to wait for delayed arrivals due to other confirmed services.
*Weddings are performed morning, day or evening depending on appointment availability with pastor.Sunday Weddings are available, however, with limitations on appointment time & Chapel only without lodging package price selection of at least $699 & up.

It is our goal to always provide quality services at the Chapel. However, in the event of Acts of God, human, or technical error, Heart of Gold Wedding Chapel assumes responsibility only up to the dollar amount paid for the particular service, including photography, videography, any and all services at the Chapel. Thank you for your understanding.

Photography
Photographs are taken with professional lighting and digital camera equipment by an experienced photographer. An ONLINE Photo Gallery of your photos will be available generally within 24-48 hours for viewing & selections. This online gallery is a great way for family & friends to be able to view your wedding photographs.
DVD Slideshows are now available. Wedding Photographs are set to music. Music & slide show transition may be chosen from an available gallery selection.
Images of Chapel Photos remain the property of the Chapel. In order to provide the best quality in videos & photographs, flash photography and or non-flash photography is not permitted in Chapel during Video in progress or during the photography session. Please inform your guests. An opportunity for photos will be given upon completion of the session, providing ample time is available.
We do not allow guest professional photographers to photograph our weddings as this is part of the service that we offer in our packages. Also, tripods cannot be set up in Chapel for videos or cameras due to limited space, etc.
Video Information (all new system) Folks love our videos with our new enhanced altar lighting.
State of the Art (DVD) Video Equipment, including a digital mixer is used for your video recording. In a separate video- sound room, the Chapel technician will complete a DVD recording using a 3 -camera system and play the wedding music. You will be able to take the video with you after the wedding ceremony. Your DVD will be presented in a nice, white padded "Our Wedding Memories" case.
Music Information
We offer recorded wedding music including the traditional bridal and wedding march, if you like. Other music selections are available as well. We also offer soft, background music for the actual ceremony.
