Deposit Required for Lodging If your package choice includes lodging, an additional $100 is required for reserving your lodging. If reserving lodging only, deposit amount is $100 for reserving 2-4 days, 4-7 days requires $200.
Lodging Cancellation Policy You may cancel up to 21 days prior to confirmed scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund on lodging deposit only (not wedding deposit) minus $35.00 service fee. TYPES OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTEDWe accept Cash (exact change), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Moneyorder, Travelers Checks. No personal checks for final payments. No exceptions. However, you may mail check for deposit amounts, if received 21 days prior to confirmed scheduled arrival date. Please do not send CASH for deposit amounts in mail.
Sales Tax will be added to all wedding packages and lodging, if reserved. Wedding Sales Tax = 9.5% state and local Lodging Sales Tax (Hotel-Motel Tax) = 3% + 9.5% = 12.5%
