Deposit for Chapel
$150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the Chapel & valid credit card provided by customer will be used for this purpose. The deposit amount required is the same for all wedding packages, except for our $99 Special which requires payment in full when making reservation & our Simply Victorian Package requires full payment as well. Please contact the Chapel for particulars, if you wish to mail a check or money order for required deposit. Please do not send CASH in mail for deposit. The deposit is applied toward the bill unless forfeited.
Chapel Cancellations
If you must cancel your confirmed date & time, please understand that the ceremony deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you do need to cancel, please call or leave message on our voice mail and/or email us. weddings@heartofgoldchapel.com
Available 24-7. Someone will contact you to confirm the requested cancellation & email will be sent as well. The full amount of your confirmed wedding service will be charged to credit card provided, if cancellation is made on the same day of your wedding for any reason, including no shows. No exceptions. Rescheduling ceremony will require new deposit.
Tax is not included or displayed in the Total when making reservations online.
It will be added to your package total.
State & Local Sales Tax in the amount of 9.75% will be added to all Chapel prices.
Types of Payment Accepted For Final Payment
Visa, Master card, Discover, Money order, Travelers Checks. No personal checks for final payments. If paying with cash, please bring exact amount as we do not have change available.
We DO NOT permit cameras, phone cameras, or video recording cameras of any type inside the Chapel. Please let your guests know. This information applies to all packages. Thank you for honoring our request.
Sorry, no bird seed or rice on premises. However, bubbles are welcome outside, not inside Chapel.
Flower girl baskets - Thank you for using silk petals, no fresh. We appreciate your removal of all petals upon departure.
Dressing Rooms
Available for bride & groom only, except for packages requesting arrive dressed. All others (wedding party & guests) please arrive dressed. We request that everyone depart in their wedding attire.
Our wedding bookings are scheduled in 15 minute, 30 minute, and one hour intervals. In order to respect the allotted time reserved for each client, we cannot accept any early arrivals. Your reserved time will include dressing. Please arrive with make-up & hair complete, ready to dress in wedding attire, so that your ceremony may be started in a timely manner.

Our weddings are performed by confirmed appointments only. If our online calendar does not show any availability for your requested date, please call us. You are important to us and we will search for any available time.

Our goal is to always provide quality services at Heart of Gold Wedding Chapel. However, in the event of Acts of God, Human, or Technical Error, Heart of Gold Wedding Chapel assumes responsibility only up to the dollar amount paid for the particular service, including photography, videos (DVD), any/all services at Chapel or other locations where wedding service is provided by us. L O D G I N G I N F O R M A T I O N
Lodging may be added to any package for additional charges. (Call for current rates & details)
Deposit Required for Lodging
If you are reserving lodging, an additional $100 is required. If reserving lodging only, deposit amount is $100 for reserving 2-4 days, 4-7 days requires $200. Sorry, lodging cannot be reserved online at this time. Please call 1-800-344-8697.
State & Local Sales Tax in the amount of 12.75% will be added to all lodging prices.
Lodging Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 21 days prior to confirmed scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund on lodging deposit amount only (not wedding deposit) minus $35 service fee. Lodging cancellations taking place within 21 days prior to arrival date forfeit deposit. After arrival, we expect the full amount for all original days reserved.
