Your photos should appear
All available poses have been posted for your review.
Choose photo image numbers to complete your package count (DO NOT COMPLETE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION) on pre-paids
Please COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW & EMAIL your image number choices to Chapel.
Please list your image selections in order. Example, 01, 07, 18, 20
Please make sure that you send the correct number of images to be processed contained in your package.
If we receive more image numbers than the package count, we will process beginning with the first photo number listed & continue from that point to the correct number in package.
Orders are processed very timely.
We process the first pre-paid order for you.
Any future orders after the original, will be processed directly online with credit card information, etc. Don't have a credit card? Please contact the Chapel for other payment options.
